About us

Talofa lava, and welcome to ELEI TINO.

I’m Jasmine Matagofie Jorimann, a young tama’ita’i Samoa from Tuana’i, and this is more than a clothing label. ELEI TINO carries a deeply personal heartbeat: it’s named in honour of my mother, whose lifetime of love, sacrifice, and devotion to our family is the foundation of everything we do. This brand is my living tribute and profound thank you to her.

My creative journey began during the COVID lockdown, while balancing motherhood, full-time work, and a fierce passion for design. What started quietly in my home studio has grown alongside my mother into a celebration of Samoan artistry, shaped by the seasons God has walked us through.

Every piece we create is grounded in three core values: Alofa (love), Tautua (service), and Fa’amaoni (integrity). Through these, ELEI TINO exists to craft unique Samoan elei that celebrate tama’ita’i Samoa and designs that honour our rich culture and its enduring beauty.

For me, this is also a legacy – one I proudly hope to pass down to my three daughters: Salaneta, Shiloh, and Sapphire. May they carry forward the patterns, stories, and spirit embedded in every print.

Thank you for supporting a small Pacific business that believes culture isn’t heritage to preserve behind glass, but living art to wear, share, and celebrate.
